Over the years I’ve hidden many hairstyles! So many I should have blogged about but didn’t because one simple missed hair care step turned into a frizz ball aka no show! So I guess here are just a few steps to make styling hair that little bit easier!

But yes for the past week I’ve found a way of incorporating flaxseeds into my everyday life. Every morning (as well as breakfast!) I have a home-made Flaxseed yoghurt, namely:

I just wanted to upload the comparison post of hair growth that occurred over my 6 month stretch! I apologise about the second picture, my dad took it and to be honest, I think he was just confused!
The month stretch period was great! I learnt so many different ways to look after my hair and sustain growth. I have begun the stretch again so I shall periodically post new treatments I try : )
